Kipling Edward McCrary

We warmly welcome our 10th (and probably last) grandbaby into our family on October 23rd:  Kipling Edward McCrary born to Jonathan and Rachel.
We are so thankful he was healthy and normal in every way.  He weighed 7 lbs. even and was 19" long.
We went down on the 22nd to keep the kids as Rachel was going to be admitted at midnight to start the inducement process.  A last picture as a family of 5.
 And with Papa and DeDe
And Mom and Dad with their baby girl! 💗
The kids were so excited.....and so cute singing/doing the actions to Father Abraham during their nighttime Bible story/prayer/singing time
Jeff and I took our time getting the kids up and ready that next morning, then headed to the hospital after eating breakfast at CFA.  They went into the room to see Mom after we got there.
Kipling Edward was born at approx. 1:09 p.m.
Momma and her precious baby boy 💙
And proud Dad with his 3rd Son
Gideon just isn't too sure about not being the baby anymore
 The siblings meeting baby brother
 They were happy!
Normally we have a waiting room full of family but due to different circumstances, only Jonathan's Mom and Jeff and I were there to welcome this new one into our family!
Beba with her 6th grandbaby.  She has another baby granddaughter due in January (Jonathan's sister, Jennifer and husband, Michael will have their first baby)
DeDe with her 10th grandchild! 💓

Proud Papa!  5 Grandsons and 5 Granddaughters!  A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!!!

THE NEW MCCRARY FAMILY OF 6!!! 💙💖💙💖💙💙
So precious

Jeff and I took the 3 oldest ones home with us later that day.  I'll talk about that in more detail in another posting.  Rachel, Jonathan and Kipling got to go home the 2nd evening and had a few days alone to adjust to the newborn.
I was proud of them that they made it to church that very next Sunday--Kipling was 5 days old!
The kids and I returned on Monday (6 days after Kipling was born).  Eisley couldn't wait to hold her little brother!

Jonathan did this collage of each baby at the same age.....and how much they all look like each other!  Those McCrary genes are very strong! 💗
I stayed with the kids for a few days.  During that time, one of Rachel's friends from church gifted them with a newborn photo session.  The pictures were so good!!!

 So.very.blessed!!
There are more individual pictures that I'm posting in the next blog
A couple of pictures of Kipling that I took while there:

Andy, Carman, Laine, Ellie, Shep and Mack came down one night while I was there to meet their new nephew/cousin

DeDe had to sneak in one 💖💖

On Wednesday of the week I was there, it was Halloween, so I got to enjoy seeing the McCrary kids dressed up and going with them to a couple of church events (in the pouring rain!)
They were the Mario Family - so cute!!

On Friday, I headed home.  So thankful for the opportunity and availability to help Rachel out!
A cute picture of Kipling texted to us....
Thanksgiving this year was our kids' turn to spend with their spouse's family.  However, Rachel had invited us down on Wednesday as Josh and his family were coming thru on their way to Michelle's Mom/Dad in Springdale so they could see baby Kipling.  Jeff, Mom and I were going to my sister, Kaye's for Thanksgiving, so was able to spend the night at Rachel and Jonathan's, which is on the way.
Jeff was excited to see Kipling as he hadn't seen him since the day he was born.
It was also Great Grandma Boore's first time to meet him.
And then Josh, Michelle, Avi and Saylor stopped by and we were all excited to see each other!
Josh with his newest nephew 💙
Aunt Mush and cousin Avi with him
Papa and DeDe with 6 of those grandkiddos (we can't wait til Christmas to have all 10 in our arms)!!  I will be posting several more pictures of this visit in the next blog.
